CLASSMATE BIO

Scott Griesbach

A group of us were going to my parents cottage for a weekend, and my mom insisted that NO GIRLS be allowed to go on an overnight trip. My dad said it would be OK to have girls up there, and not tell my mom. Well, Mark Hamel told HIS mom, and his mom saw my mom downtown and said that she thought it was “very nice of Mr. Griesbach to allow the boys to have girls up there.” Well, when Mark and Dave Erickson came up to pick me up, my mom grilled us over and over again about “not having any girls up there” and that “she would never trust us again if we did”. As we drove out of the driveway, Mark told me about his mom seeing my mom, so we went back and told my mom that there WOULD be girls there. I still got in trouble, as did my dad. But, we had a very fun weekend!  Did the girls show up? Scott tells me they did show up and his mother is still upset!
Brad, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to do all of this. I don’t know how you do it with 4 kids and commuting back and forth to Chicago - I admire your energy! If I can find some pictures and get them scanned, I will email them to you.
